Shipping rates are for standard shipments. Please allow ten days for delivery. To purchase wine, you must be 21 years of age. Shipments require an adult signature.

WINE CLUB & SPECIAL EVENTS RULES & POLICIES
Please note that Wine Club events are for club members only and their guests. Seating is limited and reservations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
Special events are for customers who have made reservations if reservations are required, and again are on a first come, first serve basis.
Refunds accepted no later than 72 hours before the event. A 7.25% sales tax and 15% service charge will be added to each listed ticket price at time of purchase.
By attending our events you give permission to the Winery and its affiliates to use your image in photographs for advertising or promotional use.
We are not responsible for any inconveniences resulting from acts of God or weather conditions.
You acknowledge that consuming alcohol can impair your ability to drive a motor vehicle and you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Villa Toscano Winery and Bella Piazza Winery harmless to the fullest extent of the law if you or a member of your group drives drunk and cause injury, loss or damages to your group, third parties or any property.
